Contract vehicles
Front Range Marking is open to:
- Open-market purchases via SAM-registered vendor entry — PO, purchase card, or check
- Subcontracting and teaming with primes who need a Class 1 IUID label sub-supplier
- Sole-source set-aside awards under FAR 19.14 (SDVOSB) once VetCert issues, where the procurement justifies sole-source treatment
- GSA MAS and other long-term vehicles — pursued to fit the buyer's procurement, rather than asking the buyer to fit a preset list
How to request a quote
Use the RFQ form at the bottom of this page. Submissions route directly to Joshua — no third-party form vendor. The form mirrors the fields a procurement officer would expect; provide as much as is available and leave the rest blank.
- Drawing or marked-up specification — PDF preferred. The form does not accept attachments; submit the form first, then reply to the confirmation email with the file attached.
- Substrate — if a specific Zebra family is required (e.g., Z-Supreme polyimide for PCB), name it; otherwise FRM will recommend
- Quantity — a single label is acceptable; there is no minimum
- Required delivery date and ship-to (city / state minimum)
- Standards reference — e.g., MIL-STD-130N, MIL-STD-129R, agency-specific spec, or contract clause
- Verification scope — whether documented ISO/IEC 15415 grade-B verification is required
- Funding mechanism — PO, GPC (purchase card), check, or other
Quote turnaround: typically within one business day. For materials already in stock (Z-Ultimate 4000T white matte), production lead time is on the order of days from PO. Materials sourced on order add the distributor's shipping window (typically 1–3 business days from The ZPS Store).
For Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI): do not use the form or unencrypted email. Submit the form noting that CUI is involved and FRM will coordinate an out-of-band channel per DFARS 252.204-7012 / NIST SP 800-171.
